Fresh Fruit Bruschetta
Prep Time: 15 minutes Bake Time: 10 minutes Amount: 10 servings
Ingredients: 1 Farm Stand® White Peach, chopped (about 1 cup) 1 Farm Stand® Yellow Nectarine, chopped (about 1 cup) 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple 1 cup fresh raspberries 1 kiwi fruit, peeled, chopped 2 tablespoons chopped wild harvest® Fresh Mint Leaves 1 teaspoon Jewel® Granulated Sugar 10 slices Natural Harvest Cinnamon Bread, cut in half diagonally 2 tablespoons melted trans fat free buttery spread
Directions:
- In medium bowl, combine peaches, nectarine, pineapple, raspberries, kiwi, mint and sugar; set aside.
- Lightly brush both sides of bread with melted buttery spread. Place on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 400°F oven 5 minutes; turn and continue baking 5 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven; cool.
- Serve cinnamon toast points with fruit.
