As I was baking this morning to use up some pantry staples, this idea popped in my head of things that would be super helpful for people to know in regards to meals and food prep.
Managing our food budget and honoring the food that farmers grow for us. Being responsible with our meal planning and not wasting what we buy. The snazzy new way to talk about this is #foodwaste.
Say yes more than no and ask for help along the way. This philosophy has served me well and allowed the chance to grow both personally and professionally, meet amazing, smart, funny people, and work collaboratively to bring forth experiences and knowledge to those who crave it.
