A Dinner Party Conversation with Gregor Mendel

I’ve been thinking a lot about Gregor Mendel lately, for a variety of reasons, especially as we enter what I lovingly call Honeycrisp season, otherwise known as fall.  This was a fun thought I had in my head – what fun it would be to eat seasonal produce with this great man and chat about how some of these tasty treats got to be on our table.  Smart people inspire me.
